Here at Kaviar Sundays LLC, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, we are happy to offer a one-time exchange for another item of equal value.

Exchange Guidelines:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
